Miranda Warning

As we know from countless police series, a Miranda warning is about “what you say can be used against you in a court of law”. It was based on the case of Ernesto Arturo Miranda in 1966. Now there seems the be a new version, based on David Miranda’s experience in 2013: “if you partner with a journalist the state does not like, it can be used against you at a UK airport”.
